Do you come on-site to install anything?+

No — everything is 100% remote. For WiFi capture, I configure StayFi remotely and give you a written hardware & internet spec sheet (router/mesh picks, minimum speeds, install steps) that you or your cleaner can set up in minutes.

How do you get into my accounts safely?+

You add me as a Hospitable secondary user — a free, separate login with custom permissions you can revoke instantly. I never need your password. For anything else, we use delegated team access or a shared secure vault, and I rotate/revoke access at handoff.

What do I need to pay for separately?+

You always own your core subscriptions (Hospitable, StayFi) so those accounts stay in your name. The CRM, web hosting, and domain are either run by me under the $75/mo management add-on, or — if you skip it — set up in your own accounts at retail price. I'll tell you exactly what to subscribe to before we start, no surprises.

What does the $75/mo management cover?+

One flat line that bundles three things I run and maintain for you: Netlify hosting for your direct-booking site, your CRM seat (MarketMyStr), and one domain. It's optional on the Direct-Booking Engine and built into Command Center. At two or more properties it almost always costs less than buying a CRM plan and hosting at retail yourself.

Who owns my domain — and what if I cancel?+

You own your domain. If I register it under the management plan and you later step away, I'll walk you through porting it to your own registrar — it goes with you. Foundation is a one-time setup with no ongoing hosting, management, or support after handoff.

How long does an install take?+

Most Tier 2 installs are done within days of getting access. We'll confirm a delivery window in the SOW before any work begins.

What if I only have one property?+

Perfect fit. The Foundation and Direct-Booking Engine tiers are built for single-property owners. The system scales if you add doors later.

What's "founding client" pricing?+

I'm onboarding a few early clients at a reduced rate in exchange for a short testimonial and a screen-recorded case study. Once those spots are filled, pricing returns to standard. Ask on our call.
