No, everything is 100% remote. For WiFi capture, I configure StayFi remotely and give you a written hardware & internet spec sheet (router/mesh picks, minimum speeds, install steps) that you or your cleaner can set up in minutes. If your current router isn't compatible, new equipment may be needed, that hardware is purchased by you, and the spec sheet tells you exactly what to buy.
You add me as a Hospitable secondary user, a free, separate login with custom permissions you can revoke instantly. I never need your password. For anything else, we use delegated team access or a shared secure vault, and I rotate/revoke access at handoff.
You always own your core subscriptions (Hospitable, StayFi) so those accounts stay in your name. If WiFi guest capture calls for new equipment (a compatible router or mesh system), that hardware is purchased by you at cost. Everything else, your CRM, digital guidebook, and web hosting, is bundled into the $130/mo Keep-It-Running plan on the Direct-Booking Engine and Command Center. There's no CRM subscription to go buy on your own. I'll tell you exactly what to subscribe to before we start, no surprises.
